Beater Nozzle The nozzle is made of wear-resistant hardened stainless steel, its Off-axis Rotor Section generates aggressive vibration and jets,which is ideal for removing and cleaning the deposits from the bottom of pipes. The rotating jets are more aggressive and effective in removing limestone. All ceramic inserts are replaceable, which extend the service life several times than drilled nozzles. Application: Removing scale, mineral deposits, concrete, asphalt, etc. in pipelines. Attention: 1. Never use this nozzle in ceramic, thin plastic or PVC pipes because of the possible damage on pipelines caused by aggressive shock and vibration. 2. Operator must control the working pressure all the time as the possible structure damage caused by high pressure. Interface Thread: NPT or BSPP Max Pressure: 137Bar. Different flows and pressures are available on request.
